| On-line registration is available here. For registration please kindly fill the attached form in and return it to us via email (ttra2010@chemoltravel.hu) or fax (+3612667033). Attention: Information about visits included in Regular and Accompanying person registration fee is available under the menu "Excursions".  The full registration fee includes: • Attendance at the Conference • Conference material with Final Programme and the Book of Abstracts • Welcome Reception, Banquet Dinner, Coffee/tea, refreshments, Lunch The student registration fee includes: • Attendance at the Conference • Coffee/tea, refreshments, Lunch Conditions to become entitled for the above student fee: we expect an official letter signed by the supervisor or person in charge, containing the name and personal data of student, and confirming his/her student status:please e-mail this letter to ttra2010@chemoltravel.hu The daily registration fee includes: • Attendance at the Conference • Coffee/tea, refreshments, Lunch The accompanying persons fee includes: • Welcome Reception • Banquet Dinner • Excursion in Budapest /in the countryside (details are to be discussed on the spot) Cancellation: • before 15 August 2010: 80% refund • after 15 August 2010: no refund Cancellation conditions are applicable both for registration and additional services (hotel, excursions, etc.) |
